An FDN-P is an expertly trained “health detective” who uses a series of functional lab tests to help clients uncover the hidden causes of their chronic health issues.

No. At Cheaha Integrative Health, we utilize Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) and holistic health modalities. Our model is an opt-in model of self-care. As we are not physicians and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, we do not take insurance. Many necessary services aren’t covered, especially in prevention, health education, nutrition, and functional lab testing.

Our practice is 100% virtual, making meeting with us from your home or office easy. Sessions will be conducted over Zoom or via telephone, and in-person meetings can be coordinated individually with clients.

Yes! We have worked with clients who suffer from several health issues that traditional medicine had no answers for. We can help you move your body from a state of dysfunction to a status of function. Additionally, as a member of ADFNP, we have access to thousands of other functional health practitioners who can support clients and help provide answers.

It depends on your commitment to yourself and your health. Rebalancing the body takes time. You’ve likely been feeling unwell for months or years, and it will take at least a few months for us to begin to turn your health around. We make no guarantees, but if you are willing to put in the time and effort we ask of you, positive changes in energy, mood, sleep, weight, libido, and digestion can occur in as little as a month.
